สมาชิกจะได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนทั่วโลกเป็นประจำ
และจดหมายข่าวทุกๆ 2 เดือน สมาชิกสามารถเข้าร่วมปฏิบัติการตามคำร้องขอของสำนักเลขาธิการสากล
(International Secretariat) เช่น เขียนจดหมายถึงรัฐบาลในนามของนักโทษ
ซึ่งเป็นที่เชื่อว่า ความกดดันจากนานาชาติจะก่อให้เกิดผล
สมาชิกจะไม่ดำเนินการใดๆ ต่อกรณีที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศของตน

Members will be gradually received the information
of worldwide human rights cases and bimonthly newsletters.
As a member of Amnesty International, you are an integral
element of the movements's campaigning work. The essential
part of your work is to send appeals
(letters or petitions) to government authorities
and/or embassies on behalf of the cases features in
the Amnesty International Newsletter.
Members work exclusively on the basis of Amnesty
International's own material and findings and may not
do Amnesty International work on human rights violations
in their own country members in other countries take
care of that.
